Regulations of the moto-adventure-tech.com online store

§1. General provisions
1.1.The Online Store available at www.moto-adventure-tech.com is owned by Jprestige Paulina Szeptycka, address: 68-130 Gozdnica Poland, ul. Gorna 4, NIP electronic address: info@moto-adventure-tech.com
1.2. The administrator of personal data is Paulina Szeptycka

§2. Definitions
2.1. WORKING DAY - one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the territory of the Poland.
2.2. ORDER FORM - a form available in the Online Store that allows placing an Order, / adding products to the electronic basket, a form specifying the terms of sale, delivery and payment.
2.3. CUSTOMER - a natural person who makes a purchase on this website
2.4. CIVIL CODE - the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Dz.U. 1964 nr 16, poz. 93 ze zm.).
2.5. PRODUCT - an item available in the Online Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
2.6. REGULATIONS - these regulations of the Online Store.
2.7. ONLINE STORE - an online store available at the following internet address: moto-adventure-tech.com

§3. Conclusion of a sales contract - conditions
3.1. The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after the Customer places an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store.
3.2. The Product price shown on the Online Store website is given in EURO.
3.3 After placing the Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt and at the same time accepts the Order for execution.

§4. Methods of payment for the product
4.1. The Seller provides the Customer with the following payment methods:
4.1.1. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account
4.1.2. Electronic payments via PayPal.
4.2. Date of payment:
4.2.1. If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment by credit card, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of the Sale Agreement.

§5. Cost, methods and date of delivery.
5.1.The accessories are made at the customer's special request.
5.1.1. The production time of accessories depends on the quantity of products purchased on the site. The production time of the ordered products will be provided in the email that the Seller sends to the Buyer after placing the order.
5.1.2. By making payment for your order, you are agreeing to the processed and delivery time of your order and you are waiving your right to cancel your order.
5.2. Product delivery is available on the territory of the Republic of Poland and to other countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Germany , Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Great Britain, United States.
5.2. The delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Product delivery costs (including charges for transport, delivery and courier services) are indicated to the Customer when placing the Order.
The buyer, deciding to purchase, grants a one-time power of attorney to conclude a contract for the provision of services on his behalf and on his account with Polish Post or another courier company in order to send the purchased goods through it. The funds provided for this purpose do not constitute the seller's additional income. The power of attorney in no way additionally charges the buyer.
5.3. The Seller provides the Customer with the following delivery methods:
5.3.1. DPD courier service
5.3.2. The seller only sells by mail order. The Product cannot be picked up in person.
5.4. Deadline will be communicated in the e-mail after placing the order.
The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer is counted from the date the money is credited to the seller's bank account.
5.4.1. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from reasons attributable to courier companies.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract
6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the product to the customer.
6.2. In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract after sending the products, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from him (except for the payment fees, charged in accordance with the broker regulations, e.g. PayPall, Revolut, etc. and fees for shipping the products. Immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which The Seller has been informed about the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract before sending the product to the client, the seller will return the payment received to the consumer (except for the payment fees, charged in accordance with the broker regulations, e.g. PayPall, Revolut, etc.)
6.2.1. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution.
6.2.2. The seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof of its return is provided to him, whichever occurs first.
6.2.3. The cost of returning the product is paid by the consumer.

§7 Complaints
The consumer may advertise the product by contacting the seller via e-mail.
